ATTITUDE TOWARDS PLAGIARISM

The Editorial Board considers plagiarism unacceptable in publications. The Editorial Board believes that using the ideas and work of others without proper citation is unfair and dishonest.

The KRPOCH Publishing House uses the iThenticate software to detect instances of similar text in submitted manuscripts.

Suppose the Publishing House or the Journal editors are notified of a violation of academic integrity or the presence of plagiarism in a published IJSA article. In that case, the KRPOCH Publishing House or the Journal editors must consider these allegations and take appropriate measures to retract or correct the articles.

The Publishing House of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences keeps records of all cases of scientific misconduct, especially violations of ethical principles in science.

When considering cases of possible violations, the Editorial Board is guided by the codes of conduct developed by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Guidelines for retraction or correction in books and articles

Suppose the publisher is notified of a violation of academic integrity or plagiarism in a published book or article. In that case, the Publishing House of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences must consider these allegations and take appropriate measures to retract or correct the books and articles.

If plagiarism is detected in a published work, it is deleted. Complete removal may take several weeks.
